Yes , few people thinks that people who eat vegan food won't get enough protein, that's why i gathered this information from my friend' s sister who is also a nutritionist
Protein is important for the proper functioning of our body, a large number of plant based protein sources are available, i'll list you some of them with the amount of protein available in each cup/ounce.
Protein Sources:
Tofu - 8 g /100 gms
Pumpkin Seeds - 19 g /100 gms
Black beans - 21 g /100 gms
Almond Butter - 21 g /100 gms
Quinoa - 13 g /100 gms
Sun - dried tomato - 5 g /100 gms
Tempeh - 19 g /100 gms
Sesame seeds - 18 g /100 gms
